Perfect location for visitors to the State Capitol* or to The Evergreen State College, South Puget Sound Community College, the Olympia School District, or to the area hospitals and medical clinics. Cottage is five minutes from west Olympia (Capital Medical Center, Olympia Orthopedics and other clinics, as well as the Skep `n Skein Pub, Vics Pizza, grocery stores, food co-op, restaurants, plus movie theaters and shopping at Westfield Capital Mall), and ten minutes from the Mottman Industrial Park, downtown Olympia (live theater, waterfront boardwalk, marina, Hands On Childrens museum, restaurants, Fish Brewery/Brew Pub, and the State Capitol* campus). 15-20 minutes from Providence St. Peters Hospital and Saint Martins University. Very close to Olympia Country and Golf Club where golfers who are members of Private Club Network can secure guest privileges. Numerous other public golf courses are within 10-20 minutes.

NOTE: Cottage has a steep drive way and 27 cement steps down from driveway to the porch (with handrails) and is not accessible for those with mobility limitations.
