I stayed a month in this property recently (May/June 2008).It was comfortable, well stocked and spotlessly clean. The owner was extremely pleasant, informative and friendly. I would recommend this duplex to anyone - it is a true New York gem set in a lively neighbourhood with immediate links to good stores, delis and transport links. Well worth it and highly recommended.

I am from North Carolina and I stayed at the premises in the month of January. The premises were clean and superbly furnished. The landlord personally showed me the premises and was very helpful in giving me advice about transportation to major tourist sites. I had a wonderful time and I was pleased that the landlord returned my deposit shortly after I returned home. I highly recommend the premises.
