We have a lovely single room to let in a 150 sq. m. modern flat (5 rooms, 2 bathrooms) in a residential area of Piaseczno, district of greater Warsaw (11 km. from Wilanowska metro station, main transport hub for south Warsaw). The room has a double pull-out sofa (comfortably sleeps 2), a big chest of drawers, standard lamp and a night table. Big wardrobe in the hall. Private, immaculate bathroom with a bathtub, hair-dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer right next to the bedroom for the exclusive use of our guests.

Shared, fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, microwave, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, electric kettle and coffee maker. Bed linen and towels provided free of charge as well as unlimited use of tea and coffee. Continental breakfast included in the price.

We offer our guests the use of a shared living room with a DVD player and stereo set (no cable or satellite TV), WiFi Internet access, a 30 sq. m. terrace overlooking forests and gardens. The flat is located on the top (3rd) floor of a small apartment building in a very safe and quiet zone of greater Warsaw. Parking in the street in the spaces next to the building.

Shops, marketplace, supermarkets (Kaufland, Tesco, Alma, Auchan), pharmacies, banks, park, gyms, river and bus stop within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Forests, swimming pool, large shopping centre and outlet 20-30 minutes on foot (5-10 minutes by car).

Good connection to the city centre (35 minutes to Warsaw Central Station by train, 42 minutes to Warszawa Stadion, next to the National Stadium, regular service), regular bus services (50 minutes to the city centre, 35 minutes to Wilanowska metro station). Wilanów Palace is a 20 min. drive. Warsaw Travel Card zone 2 includes Piaseczno.
