I have a furnished room available for rent located on 160 Amsterdam avenue.THE MONTHLY RENT IS $875 A MONTH The room is available june 15.There are currently two of us in the 2 bedroom apartment and we are renting a separate single bedroom for one person only. We are both gay female couple. We both work and are professional social workers.We work from 9:00AM-6:00PM Monday thru Friday. We are both very clean,respectful, neat and friendly. We dont like drama and dont want any drama.
The apartment is a nice quiet fifth floor walk up in a quiet small building. There is a Laundromat in the basement of the building.The room is furnished and has closet space and a window and is available now. Rent is $875 plus security $100. All utilities (+ cable) are included in the rent. If you want wireless Internet you half to pay the fee to install it and the monthly service. Everyone is responsible for their own food and we all can share the bill for the household products such as trash bags,dish washing liquid, paper towels tissue.The apartment/room is a good size. The neighborhood is in a neighborhood perfectly situated. Close to transportation such as (Subway: A,1) and several buses.The Laundromat is across the street and the shopping area is on 181 street.There is alot of places to eat at around here. We do have friendly cats that will not bother you or be in your room. We are Looking for someone responsible,respectful,clean,organized, no cats,no couple,no smokers,The room is available now until we fill the space.The room can be seen after 6:00pm Monday-Friday but you must call to schedule an appointment with Sylvia.

Month to month base no contract.
2 references must be given and cleared before moving in
