This is an amazing furnished SUPER SIZED Bedroom in a Loft for rent in the (chocolate Factory) only minutes from the Brooklyn & Manhattan bridges, Financial District, LES, China Town & Little Italy. The bedroom is in a Huge 1400 Square Foot 2bedroom loft.
Each bedroom are on the opposite side of the loft so you will have privacy, the room isnt a shoe box like others either, it has a full size bed, night stand, dresser and a chair with plenty of room to spare. The room also has two large closets and 3 large windows and is only minutes to lower Manhattan.

Here are some things you should know before considering. The apartment is cleaned once a week and is rodent and critter FREE, I would like it to stay that way and I’m sure anyone renting could appreciate that so I would expect a pretty CLEAN renter
