Your room furnished w/queen sz bed, lots of drawers, shelves, full closet, desk, chairs. Small couch opens to another queen size bed (sleeps 4). Bed linens / towels supplied. Two windows (one large double; one smaller), and A/C (put in when it warms up) Wifi, gas/electricity and cleaning are included. One bathroom a nice large tub/shower. Laundry room w/camera available 24/7. Family friendly, play area set-up available for baby.

Close to M86, M31, and walk to 4,5,6, trains. One block from beautiful Park next to the river with 2 dog runs, playgrounds, free concerts, movies in the Summer.

This is a lovely neighborhood. It is in walking distance of the Museum mile, Central Park, 92stY (great events), and Asphalt Green olympic size pool.

The entry, kitchen, dining area and bathroom are available to you 24/7. The living room is available about 16/7 (I close doors when I sleep in there it is open to your use otherwise).

I have a small dog (older), W/ hair not fur, hes quiet and sleeps mostly.

I am vegetarian and while you dont have to be, no meat COOKING (beef, pork, chicken, turkey) in the kitchen. However, eggs (certified humane preferred), cheese, fish and any vegetables are OK! Whatever you put covered in the fridge is your space, I wont be looking in there.

Super weekly cleaning included (change linens, steam mattress, vacuum, mop) You just need to clean up after yourself in the kitchen.

HOUSE RULES: No under age drinking or illegal substances of any kind, NO SMOKING. No overnight guests unless they are related or a non-romantic friend. $7 per day for guests after 2. (up to 4) This covers extra linens.
