I have two rooms for females. The large room and a small room will be available June 1. My wife is a vice president at a retail clothing company and I am a brownstone restorer. We own and live in a fully restored brownstone in bedstuy Brooklyn with four spare private bedrooms for rent. Currently three of the rooms are occupied by female(in their twenties and thirty) an International , NYU and a medical . The home is located three short blocks from the A and C train station on Nostrand Avenue. Average travel time to mid town Manhattan is twenty minutes on the A express train. The bedrooms are on the fourth floor of the house. The bathroom is on the fourth floor shared by the females only. The bathroom door has a lock and always kept extremely clean. The rent is $1,000.00 per month and it includes all utilities, AC, cable, wifi, the use of the kitchen, living room, backyard .You will have the use of the washer and dryer twice a month.
