We offer nice rooms for rent in our 4 bedroom fully furnished house. We are located in the safe residential neighborhood of Los Colegios, in Moravia. Just 15-20min. from downtown San Jose and San Pedro (both bus stops are right across the street from us). We are also just 5min. away from our local farmers market where you can buy fresh fruit and veggies every Saturday!.

We will have the following rooms available:
1) $275 per month. AVAILABLE AUGUST 10th. Room furnished with a queen sized bed, a coffee table, reading lamp, a big desk, and a TV. It has a very spacious closet, wooden floors and nice big windows.
2) $250 per month. AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER 6th. Room furnished with a single sized bed, a coffee table, reading lamp, a dresser, a big desk, and a TV. It has a spacious closet, wooden floors and big windows.

Monthly rent includes: wireless internet, cable TV, hot water, electric, and weekly use of the washer and dryer. You will also have access to the rest of the house: fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry, tropical patio and garden.

We are within walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, etc. Our neighborhood is very nice and relaxed, it is located just outside San Jose but close enough that it will only take you 15min. to get there. Our house is located in a corner, which allows alot of natural light. Also, we offer a great environment with a tropical feel thanks to our nice patio, where you can relax in the hammock, read, have breakfast, or simply relax while you enjoy the birds visiting our native fruit tree.
