I stayed at this apartment for one year. First and foremost, the landlord Mitch, was excellent. He is honest, responsive, fair and accommodating. I really loved my time at this apartment, and he was a huge reason. The apartment was fully furnished down to the silverware. It has the feel of luxury hotel living with all the amenities. The view of Governors Island is gorgeous and provides plenty of light. The doorman and maintenace team is terrific. They were really professional and always met my needs quickly. Having the laundry on the floor is awesome...Not to mention the full concierge service. Conveniently located downtown with nearby subways, I had the ability to get to all major neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn in short amount of time. If space-wise you dont need something bigger than a studio, this is the place for you.
