The house is located on Route 10, at Santa Monica, across the road from Jose Ignacio beach, between Laguna Jose Ignacio and the Atlantic Ocean. The shore of the lagoon is at the back of the lot and the beach over the Atlantic Ocean is just across Route 10 (which runs in front of the house), there are no constructions between the route and the beach so you can see the ocean from the top floors of the house. The house is fully equiped and is divided into three modules:

Module located towards the Laguna (Views of the lagoon and the interior garden):
