There are currently two of us in the apartment and we are a open minded people couple. We are both very clean,respectful, neat and friendly. The apartment is a fifth floor walkup in a quiet small building. The is room furnished and is available now. Rent is $875 plus security $100. All utilities (+ cable) are included in the rent. If you want wireless internet you half to pay the fee to install it and the monthly service. The apartment/room is a good size. The neighborhood is perfectly situated. Close to transporation (Subway: A,1) and several buses.The laudromat is across the street and the shopping area is on 181 street.We are Looking for someone responsible,respectful,clean,organized, no cats,no couple,,no smokers,The room is available for june 15
