The Parlor unit is located just up the front stoop in the Townhouse, no elevator. The apartment is fully furnished:
Queen bed in one bedroom. Two twins in the second bedroom to make a king or separate for 2 singles. Queen size convertible in living room. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes.

The Parlor has a Lovely Terrace for 2, to relax for breakfast and after a day of touring the city.
