It is located in Bunga Kawuku, off Gaba Road with 2 full bathrooms, 2 King size beds & 3 single beds. The house provides ultimate Luxury, Comfort of Privacy and Relaxation.


The house has a lockable main gate, with both hot and cold running water. The house provides ultimate comfort of privacy and relaxation to individuals, corporate, business travellers, vacationers or friends visiting Uganda for short-term or long-term stay.


The serenity is comparable to none making it a perfect destination for individuals who prefer and enjoy peaceful settings at their own pace listening to the cool Lake Vitoria breezes and being woken up by birds singing with a warm lovely sun rise.


As security is our number one priority, the house is fully enclosed in perimeter wall with a manned gated entrance and automated motion sensor lights. All doors leading into the house have Intruder Alert Alarms installed.


NB: The house is equipped with an inverter which provides back up power during load shedding period


There is ample parking space.

Dining room: Furnished with a dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: Fitted and fully functional with a gas cooker, kettle, fridge, cooking utensils, cups, plates and cutlery, worktop and storage units
All bedrooms are furnished with beds, mattresses, pillows and blankets with the Master Bedroom self contained with own shower and toilet and wardrobe.


Rental charges: US$550.00/Month, US$200.00/week or US$50.00/day.
