We own two condominiums located directly on the La Costa Resort Golf Course with expansive golf course views. 30-day minimum rental.

Each condo unit is 1590 sq.ft., 3 bedrooms or 2 bedroom/den, 2 full baths, sleeps 6. (One unit has 2 queen-size beds and 1 king and the other has 2 king-size beds and one queen-size. A queen-size bed is in the third bedroom/den which is partly open to the living room.) Tastefully decorated with linens and washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchens.

Units are in security buildings with key operated outside security doors and a gated subterranean parking garage with two parking spaces per unit.

Cleaning fee of $100. Security deposit required for rentals over 60 days,amount negotiable depending on length of lease.
