We are renting out a furnished bedroom in our home. We live on 2 acres in a forested area. We are in the process of selling our home so the rent would be short term, on a month to month basis. The renter should keep the place clean and tidy in case a realto stops by to show the property. The renter should also like dogs because we have 5 shih tzus. All utilities are included.
