I have two cats, this environment is a pet friendly home, the pets are only in my space and not yours. I am looking for a reliable non-smoking easy going women, preferably, who is responsible clean and respectful of peoples personal space.
The building is very quiet, nicely decorated lobby with security cameras throughout, as well as, outside of the building. The location has a bike rack in the room, two laundromats across the street, elevator in the building, as well as, super markets (Pathmark, Bravo, Fine Fare, and Costco within a Mall), and grocery stores across the street. I am a very busy person and gone a lot of the time; the location is available immediately.
The apartment is a one BED ROOM SHARE. The bed room is yours with a locking door, plus a air conditioner, cable and internet. The room is beautifully furnished, I am a interior designer/accountant and constantly doing up dates within the apartment.
