The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes away from the famous beach El Combate, known for its gentle warm waters and sleepy island breezes. In El Combate you will enjoy local seafood restaurants, music and mingle with the locals.

The house is also located close to Boqueron Beach and village, a renamed fishing town located on the southwest part of the island. The downtown village provides excellent seafood as well as local authentic food. There are a number of shops around the area that provide souvenirs as well as hand-crafted jewelry and gifts. The house is about 35 minutes (in car) away from Rincon beach which is one of the most popularfor surfing.
