Cambria Heights  Overview
Cambria Heights is located on the eastern outer skirts of Queens. Cambria Heights got its name for being one of the highest points in the entire city. Residents here enjoy living in their modest homes and their quaint, suburb locale. Commuting to Manhattan can be somewhat difficult from Cambria Heights because of the lack of public transportation. Cambria Heights is  primarily a residential area, with a small commercial shopping district available on Hillside Ave.

Cambria Heights  Residents & Culture
Cambria Heights is a culturally-mixed, middle-class community.  More recently, Cambria Heights has seen a large influx of Latin American and Asian immigrants, adding more diversity to this already multicultural area.

Cambria Heights  Residences & Rents
Cambria heights' residences primarily consist of single and multi-family homes. General rents in this area range from studios for $600-800, one-bedrooms for $700-$1000, two-bedrooms for $900-$1100.

Cambria Heights  Transportation & Commuting
