Rosendale Overview
Rosendale was at first named Fosters Meadows after the train station
that was located there. Later a development company changed the name to
Rosendale, after Rosedale Avenue which is now Francis Lewis Blvd. Rosendale
is located in south west corner of Queens, and east of JFK airport.
Rosendale has convenient access to public transportation and the airport, making
this a good commuter town to reside in.
