Why you should post photos of your rental
 
It is very important to post photos with your rental. Consider online purchases you have made; would you purchase a product without first seeing it? Imagine you were purchasing a low cost appliance; it stands to reason that you would want to see what the product looked like before you purchased it for a variety of reasons, and this applies to a rental property tenfold. Tenants prefer to see photographs of the rental property on the listing because not only does this give them more information to work with, but it also creates a more attractive and all inclusive advertisement, which is more appealing to the eye. And, as the old saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. A picture of your rental does not have to be taken by a professional photographer; really, any photograph will do as taken by any device ? nearly all cell phones have an adequate camera for taking simple pictures of your rental property. The best practice is to take the photos of your rental property during the day and with all of the lights turned on, particularly if you?re working with a cell phone camera or other small camera. Also, do your best to not photograph mirrors head on as not only will this catch the photographer in the photo, but it will also reflect camera flash, which can create odd distortions in your photo.
