If you wander through the right neighborhood, especially during the day, flyers and sample CDs are often handed out to attract business. Remember to check with local regulations - a lot of clubs in New York City admit persons over 18 rather than only persons over 21. Also, many clubs have specials on off peek nights, such as $1 drinks or free admission.
