Initially, I considered buying a condo, but when I compared the price of a condo to a house, I found I could buy a house for twenty thousand more and when considering a load of hundreds of thousands of dollars, another ten or twenty thousand didnt seem like a lot more. Besides, the condos had a lot of monthly fees that would make the monthly cost of ownership more than a house.
