Hello, I am a student going on exchange, looking for someone to sublease while I am away. The unit available is the master room, which includes a private walk-in closet. The room will be furnished, as well as the rest of the apartment. Utilities are not included in the rent. The apartment is currently shared with three other people, three girls all in university. They are all friendly, outgoing and neat. We would like someone who is around the same age, preferably a student. The apartment is in a great location, very close to both the metro (Berri-UQAM) and the bus. The apartment is close to many great bars, cafes and Parks. Our apartment is about 10 minutes away from the central business district of Montreal. The apartment will be available in January until mid-August, with a minimum stay of 6 months.
