This apartment is no longer needed and is currently empty, looking for someone to sublease. The apartment is a Studio apartment on the second floor with a full-bathroom, and is a nice and clean place being a newer building with modern furnishings. Microwave, Electric Oven/Stove, Refriderator+Freezer. There is an elevator in the building as well as stair cases. Pet friendly (1 per apartment) and must be approved by leasing office. Washer/Dryer included in the apartment. Trash included (Dumpster in parking lot). Internet is included but you need provide your own router. Parking pass is included. Rent is $1,374.00 per month, this includes parking and water. If the sublease is agreed upon, we will meet at the Tenth & Colleges (the apartments owner/managing company) leasing office to complete their required sublease paperwork to transfer the lease. They also require a $400 security deposit, which I will cover for you as well.
