Rent & Fees:
Base Rent: $1,450/month (paid through building portal)

Additional Fee: $300/month (paid to me) includes:

All utilities (Wi-Fi, electric, gas)

Furniture use

Professional cleaning before and after your stay

Total Monthly Cost: $1,750

If a partner will be staying part-time, we can adjust the rent fairly for that shared time.
