I am not able to use this lease due to the fact I am no longer going to grad school. Its a great apartment with plenty of great accommodations for students and Knoxvillians alike! Even if you arent a UTK student, this apartment is available! It comes with a shuttle to UTK campus, and is within walking distance from Downtown Knoxville.
