Washer/dryer in-unit, pets welcome. Valet trash. Free guest parking. THE BEST amenities at any apartment complex in Chapel Hill! Tons of planned community activities. Free public transportation is beside the complex (NS bus line that serves UNC campus). This is a great deal since my lease rental rate is much less than the current rental rates. What a bonus!
