Hello! This is a friendly uni student house with a room a to fill for between 1 and 2 months over July and August. I am going abroad, but as my flatmates will be carrying on the lease until September I am looking to sublet my room. This is a small flat in Elephant and Castle, with two friendly university student flatmates. The area is extremely well connected, within walking distance from Waterloo and Elephant and Castle tube stations, access to direct buses into central London, and directly next to shops and a lovely high street. It is also within walking distance of Borough and London Bridge (home to the famous Borough market). The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a set of drawers. The kitchen, bathroom, and shower room are shared. Price is open to negotiation, please message me!
