Our furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is available for sublet this summer from approximately June 15 to August 10, 2024. (We have some flexibility with those dates.) We prefer tenants that will stay the entire period, but may be open to shorter periods. One bedroom has a full-sized bed and the other has a twin bed which could be swapped for a double futon bed. Central air and heat, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Fully equipped with linens, dishes, etc. Lovely screened porch and patio in big back yard. Wonderful location in a quiet Arlington neighborhood near Bluemont and BonAir parks, tennis courts, playgrounds, bike paths. Quick ride on bike path or bus to Ballston metro, 1.2 miles away.

No smoking, vaping, incense, drugs. Pets may be negotiable (we have to check with our landlord). All utilities included (gas, electric, water/trash, wifi, but no cable TV).
