I am looking for a people to sublet my space at Canvas Tempe starting July 1 , 2024 for the next school year. I am in a 3rd floor, D-4 furnished unit Room B, right off the living room. My current rent is $1040 but I will discount July to $750. Starting August 1 rent will be $1,325 and $225 for parking. Plus tax and utilities. The other 3 roommates are great peoples, very clean and nice. I will leave my window covering and ceiling lights.
