I am leasing an apartment in Uptown and need to get out of the lease by subletting it. The apartment is available immediately as I have already moved out. You would normally have to pay an agent a full months rent to rent this apartment. I am paying that for you as a condition of the sublet. I dont know what this per week thing is listed on the website, but the rent is 1350 per month plus the utilities come out to be about 100 dollars.
