Sublet Available from June 1st - August 10th

Hello everyone! My husband and I are subletting our cozy 1 bedroom apartment starting June 1st until August 10th for $2000/month. This includes utilities and WiFi. The apartment is located right next to the Ashby Bart station so it is a wonderful location if you need to commute. Berkeley Bowl is an 8 min walk, and there are also hip cafes, restaurants, and great parks around the area. Downtown/UC Berkeley is a 25 min walk away.

The apartment is part of a two story complex with about other 6 apartments. Although it is situated on a busy street, it is tucked away from the street and we have never had problems with noise. The apartment has a good size living room with a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom and bathroom, and comes fully furnished. No pets are allowed.

We would love to have somebody responsible who will take care of our apartment as if it was theirs. Our ideal candidate would be a UC Berkeley grad/postdoc student or easy going professional working nearby/commuting to San Francisco.
