Summer sublet near Tufts (female preferred)

21 Renfrew St, Medford, MA 02155-5912, United States

Hi! I am looking for someone to sublet my room on 21 Renfrew St in Medford from 6/1 to 8/31 for $1100/month (negotiable). You will be living with 1-3 friendly female tufts undergraduates during that time frame, (some are moving in late August). It is a very convenient spot - 5 min walk from the gym and 10 minute walk from the greenline station.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but there will only be one other female tufts undergraduate living in the house over the summer. We are moving in after the current tenants so the furniture and layout would be different by that time. DM for more info!
