I occupy the master bedroom and I am looking to rent out/sublease the downstairs bedroom. I am a relatively easy roommate to live with I think. I have a very busy schedule and when Im home I generally keep to myself. Ive rented this townhome with my sister for the past 2 years but she is moving into her own place at the end of the month. I am planning on living here for the next 3 years while I finish my M.S. at the Anschutz campus so ideally I would like a roommate who is also planning on staying in the area for the next few years.

I have a 3 year old Pomsky who is very well behaved. Applicants with pets are considered but dogs will need to be approved by the owners. There is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit as well as $50/month pet rent. Sublessee will need to complete a background check as well.

Im a 28 year old male working full-time in the STEM field and also working on my Masters. I like to play tennis, cook, and I am definitely the neat and tidy type. Im a pretty quiet guy and I generally keep to myself but I am a big advocate for open communication.
