I got to move and cant cancel lease so got to sublease. you wont find a better view then this at Scio, many people have to live here for school, cant go wrong.. has mailbox downstair, laundy downstairs, gym, staff, etc maintenence people update the filters etc. has a key code scanner. deduct 200 if not parking or driving, has bike parking downstair for 15. STAFF DOWNSTAIR WILL RUN A CREDIT, BACKGROUND CHECK, THEY L APPROVE YOU, 2176 PLUS THE UTILITIES. ITL BE LESS THEN THE CURRENT RATE WHICH IS 2895 IF YOU DIDNT SUBLEASE. LMK! ITS A STEAL

350 app fee 60 doc fee no sec deposit. please honor the sublease credit, background check needed. very nice. comparables are at 2800, 3k plus at dif apts, and not as close to uic. its walking distance. many other students here. only going bc transferring to mexico for uni.
