Im looking to sublease my apartment at Platform Alexandria, about 5 minutes from the Braddock Metro, 10 minute walk to Old Town. Its a 1BR/1BA, 706 square feet, A17 plan on the website. Base rent is $2395/mo, its a great layout for couples to share as well as someone who works from home! Property has two gyms, two pools, lots of outdoor areas, a dog park, and a coworking space. You can add on parking for a fee, water is billed through the apartment complex and electric is through Dominion. Internet is Xfinity or Verizon.

Parking fees run at $125/month and there is no fee to transfer the lease to your name. Utilities typically run about $45-55/month depending on how cool and hot you like to keep the apartment. Im also looking to leave behind some furniture I cant take with me (living room couch, rug, kitchen chairs, pantry, desk, headboard, tv stand, tv, speaker) - would love to just leave it for the next person, and we could work out a price on all the items!
