The house is available to rent from June 1st through August 1st 2024 ONLY. We are somewhat flexible on either end.

The house is located above Tilden Park in the Berkeley Hills. Nights are quiet except for the sounds of frogs, owls, and occasional coyotes. Its perfect if you enjoy both the quiet of nature as well as quick access to town life.

The and comes furnished. The home comes with single beds in two of the bedrooms, a full-size futon in the 3rd bedroom, and a king size bed in the master bedroom. The living room includes two sofas, two sitting chairs, a coffee table, and a large bean bag chair. The kitchen has updated appliances including dishwasher, rice cooker, oven/stove, microwave, and refrigerator.

There is parking space for three cars in front of the house. The backyard is fenced in with a gate. A playhouse for kids we call the Hobbit Hole is also located in the backyard.
