Looking for a sub-leaser (female) to fill an open private room from July through December 2024 while studying abroad! The room will be fully furnished with a closet and is on the second floor of a spacious house with lots of living room. The bathroom is shared with 2 other girls. The house is located on Luneta Drive right near a bus stop near SloDoCo and grocery is 2 blocks away. The furniture in the pictures of the room will be the same, but the rest of the house will be different! Off-the-street parking is provided. A washer and dryer are included in the unit.
