Summer Sublet June/July
Hi,
Im subletting my room from June 1st till end of July.
The room includes a queen sized bed with a big closet and nightstand.
The apartment is on 1155 Rue Mackay, in the heart of downtown Montreal. 3 minute walk from Concordia University. Many nice stores and restaurants near the area, perfect location to move around. Nearest metro is a 3 minute walk. The building includes an indoor gym, BBQ area, and outdoor pool
It will be a shared accommodation with one roommate for the duration. He will be at work for most of the day.
The price Im seeking is 650$/month.
The apartment is fully furnished with all kitchen appliances available. TV, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, WIFI. A desk to work on, as well as a monitor.
