Hey! Im looking to sublease a 1bed 1bath apartment (disconnected) this summer, Starting May 15th and ending on July 31st. The rate is $800 per month but I am willing to negotiate. It is located in West Campus. I have 3 roommates (Male) but only 1 will stay in the apartment.
