I am looking for a subletter to take over my room in my ideally located and bright Milton Parc/Plateau apartment. The dates would be May 9th - August 17th (with some flexibility). The room and apartment are fully furnished. The rent is $760 per month. The rent includes everything (utilities, WIFI) and the apartment has a washer and dryer, a clothesline, a balcony, and projector for movie nights. The bedroom doesnt have a window but it does have a skylight and so its the brightest one in the apartment!

Were located right by Saint Laurent, but our street is still very quiet. 10 min walk from McGill.
