Salut ! Je sous-loue ma chambre dans une colocation de 4 personnes dans le quartier Milton Parc, disponible pour environ 4 mois du 07 mai au 31 aot.

Loyer : 939$/mois, wifi inclus.

Dans la chambre, il y a un grand lit avec matelas, couverture et oreillers, un bureau, une chaise, un placard et aussi une lampe sur pied. Lappartement est entirement meubl et quip, presque neuf, et il y a une laverie dans limmeuble.

proximit, de nombreux commerces et restaurants, 10min pied de la station Place-des-Arts, plusieurs bus 3min pied, et 10min pied du Mont-Royal.

Je mappelle Emerence. Jai 21 ans et je suis tudiante franaise en change lUdem en sciences politiques. Je suis une personne plutt ouverte et tranquille. Jadore faire des sorties, aller au cin, visiter des muses et partager des responsibleents en coloc.

Salut !! Je mappelle Jules, jai 20 ans et je suis tudiant en psychologie lUdeM. Je suis considr comme le profil studieux de la coloc mais jaime aussi avoir ma dose de fun. Japprcie pas mal tout ce qui tourne autour des arts dcoratifs, la cuisine et passer des responsibleents conviviaux entre potes et colocs.

Moi cest Hana, 21 ans, tudiante en cole ingnieur agronome actuellement en stage de sociologie McGill. Jaime bien sortir dcouvrir la ville et aimerai bien aller tester le beach volley cet t. Mme si jaime bien tre tranquille dans ma chambre, papoter en cuisinant est toujours un plaisir.

Hi! Im subletting my room in a 4-person shared apartment in the Milton Parc neighborhood. Available for approx. 4 months from 07 may to 31 august.

Rent: $939/month, wifi included.

The bedroom is equipped with a large bed and mattress, a blanket, pillows, a desk, a chair, a closet and a lamp. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, almost new, also theres a laundry in the building.

Nearby youll find a lot of shops and restaurant. In addition, the apartment is within a 10min walk to Place-des-Arts station, several buses within 3min walking distance, and a 10min walk to Mont-Royal.

Hi! My name is Emerence. Im 21 and Im a French exchange student at Udem studying political science. Im a rather open and quiet person. I love going out, going to the movies and visiting museums. Also, im open to spend time with my roommates.

Hey!! My name is Jules, im 20 and I study psychology at UdeM. Im described as the hard-working roommate, but I also know how to bring fun into the apartment. I enjoy all that revolves around decorative arts, spending some pleasant time with friends/roommates and cooking elaborate dishes.

Im Hana, 21, an agricultural engineering student currently doing a sociology internship at McGill. I love exploring the city and would love to try out beach volleyball this summer. Even if I like being quiet in my room, chatting while cooking is always a pleasure.
