Newly renovated and fully furnished apartment located in the beautiful Boulder. Me and my roommate will be leaving for the summer, and are looking for someone to sublease your apartment while we are gone. It is only a 5 minute walk to campus, 10 minute walk to the Hill, and a 15 minute walk to Pear! It has an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as new appliances.
The apartment will come furnished with two coffee tables, a comfy couch, and a TV stand/bookshelf. The kitchen includes lots of cabinet space, a full-size fridge and freezer which work great, as well as a microwave and a sink with a garbage disposal which works great too. The kitchen comes furnished with two barstools. Each room will come furnished with a large closet, desk, chair, bed frame, and two full-size dressers, as well as a big nightstand with drawers. The A/C works really well, which comes in handy for the hot summer Boulder days.
The apartment comes with access to a large pool and lounge area, with free gas barbecues, table tennis, and corn hole. There is also a common area with TVs, games, a pool table, and a full kitchen. The community you will be surrounded by is easy going college students, and everyone is very friendly. These are pet friendly apartments, but there are no pets on our lease currently, we can discuss details about pets if needed.
Apartment parking is available with a $50 monthly pass, but there is plenty of street parking as well!
