Located on Military Trail, the room is just a 20-minute walk from the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) and 10 minutes to Pan Am Sports Centre, with cycling time halved. It is conveniently situated near Dollarama and Centennial Hospital, with the 133 bus taking you to Scarborough Town Centre in just 15 minutes.

The spacious room comes furnished with a twin size mattress, desk, and a small cabinet, along with a half-length mirror on the door. The bedroom is private, while the kitchen and one bathroom are shared with roommates. Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, fridge, and microwave.

Enjoy the large front and back yards, which are even bigger than the house itself, filled with trees making it beautifully scenic in the summer. The room has a fantastic location with plenty of natural light, windows on two walls, and is perfect for those who appreciate nature. I absolutely loved living here; its a beautiful and comfortable space.
