Subletting a 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a house in Kensington Market. Available for summer ONLY (May 1st-August 31st), $1100 monthly, utilities + WiFi included. Newly renovated house. Shared kitchen and laundry, but no shared washrooms.

The kitchen comes with cookware, as well as some cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and sugar which are replenished by the landlord. The houses public spaces are also cleaned by the landlord weekly. The room is furnished with a mattress and bedframe, desk, closet, and extra clothing rack (not shown in pictures, but can provide on request) that I have bought and will leave in the room. The house has a total of 7 rooms on the upper and main floor, along with a basement unit with 2 more rooms that share their own kitchen. There are no pets and no smoking in the house. Rent is due on the first of each month, and a last months rent deposit will be asked for at time of signing lease.

Tenants are ideally students that need a place to stay for the summer only, and are responsible and will ensure the public spaces and room are kept clean.
