The lease runs through September 21st, and its available for immediate move-in. The monthly rent is a great deal at $1,367 (this is $300-400 cheaper than the current prices at the leasing office of the community, you can check Marbella floor plans at https://www.solisatflamingo.com/Floor-plans.aspx) + a $500 security deposit (this might change when the leasing office check your credit score during applying).
