Greetings! My name is Sam and I am a graduate students, teaching artist, and artist-educator living in Astoria, Queens. Over the summer, I have accepted a contract that will take me out of state. My partner and I currently bounce between two rooms in our Astoria apartment. Over the summer, he will stay in the smaller office space and the larger bedroom will be available. With utilities, the rent is 1,000 a month. We also have another roommate who lives on the opposite side of the apartment. They work from home, but are often petsitting and out of the apartment for long periods of time. Our apartment is large, and includes a jet bathtub and standing shower. It is a beautiful space with lots of natural life, and quite the bargain for NYC. IT is easily accessible via subway to midtown and other parts of Manhattan.
