This is a 1 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment complete with your own outdoor terrace, all located on the second floor of a back house. There is one set of exterior stairs to access this property. It is located on Edenhurst Ave between Glendale Blvd and Los Feliz Blvd.

On the first floor is the homeowners studio, hes an artist and lives in the front house. We are both pretty quiet and keep to ourselves! Ive lived here for over 3 years and absolutely love my home and the neighborhood. Its a true gem.

Atwater is an adorable, clean, residential and very walkable neighborhood in LA. A little oasis. Even has the Atwater Farmers Market every Sunday, which you can walk to.

This apartment is a 0.3 mile walk from Atwaters main strip on Glendale Blvd. Theres coffee shops, restaurants, vintage stores, nail salons, wine shops and more. (Black Elephant, Wine + Eggs, HomeState, Proof Bakery, Spina, Hail Mary, Dune, DeKor just to name a few!) Wake up, walk for your coffee, with only the sound of birds chirping.

3 minute drive to beautiful hikes in Griffith Park.
8 minute drive to The friendlya and Glendale Galleria.
5 minute drive to a Trader Joes and Whole Foods
2 minute drive to a Costco and Vons.

Rent is all inclusive. Includes Wi-Fi and Utilities (Water, Electric, Gas).

- 1 Queen bed.
- 1 Walk in closet that will be cleared for you to use.
- Outdoor terrace exclusive to you, with a large picnic table.
- Trash is located steps from the apartment and the homeowner takes it out every week.
- Very secure. There is a locked wooden gate to the back, and then the front door to the apartment is accessed by key as well.
- Packages get delivered seamlessly.

- Easy street parking. Always able to find a spot in front of the house or next door.

I will be away for work, but will be able to help with anything during your stay. The homeowner is also super kind and attentive. We are looking for someone who is just as respectful and down to earth as the homeowner and myself, to come and enjoy this space!
