2 x rental units becoming available for summer 2024 beside UCD/Stillorgan/Dundrum - we are a University College Dublin host family who have two separate rental units becoming available for the summer (2024). Located in Mount Merrion (9 minute walk to University College Dublin student village, and also close to Stillorgan and Dundrum, and a short walk from the 46A bus route which gets into city centre in 20 minutes or less).

The two units are separate from the house, with their own separate entrances. So would suit two different renters. Each unit is a single bedroom with en suite bathrooms. But they do not have kitchens. Microwaves are provided, however there are no cooking facilities. Just the single bedroom and bathroom.

One unit is available from the beginning of May (actually possibly very end of April) and the other is available at the end of May/start of June.

Currently there are options to rent short or medium term but only for the summer until end of August 2024. Ideal would be same tenant for entire summer, but we are currently open to people requesting shorter term stays for day/weeks over the summer.
