Lease term: Sublet term is 3 months, June 1st to August 30th. If you want to sign a longer term lease after the sublet period is over, that option will be available.

Basics: The apartment consists of a comfortable living room, one huge bedroom, one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a small but functional kitchen with an apartment-sized oven and a full-sized refrigerator. Both the bedroom and the living room feature sizable window nooks for tables, reading chairs, etc. There is a large closet in the bedroom as well as a hall closet. Its a corner unit that gets lots of natural light. Central A/C, laundry on premises.

Accessibility: This apartment is up one flight of stairs, and the building does not have an elevator.

Neighborhood: The apartment is located in Fairmount, in a cute, walkable neighborhood. 10 minute walk to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, ice cream, and a hardware store; 20-25 minute walk to Target, Whole Foods, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Close to bus routes 33 and 49 and trolley route 15.

Rent: $1240/month, water included. Electric and internet generally run around $145/month.

Application fee: $50

Move-in costs: $1240 security deposit (refunded at end of term), $250 nonrefundable sublet fee

Furnishing: Basic furnishings optional for the term of the sublet, to be moved out shortly before August 30th. I can guarantee a bed, a couch, a small dresser, a table with two stools, a pendant lamp (there isnt an overhead in the living room), a large bookcase, and basic kitchen equipment (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, etc). Furniture is as shown in pictures. All personal items and decor will be removed, so if weird pink bullshit isnt your thing, dont worry. If you would prefer to move into an unfinished apartment, this is also possible.

Parking: Street parking only, no reserved space.

Pets: Subject to approval of landlord (not me). Cats are an additional $25/month in rent, dogs are $50/month.
